All transactions on the jc99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are credited to your jc99 wallet in MYR. No currency conversion fee is charged by jc99 for MYR-denominated transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. jc99 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which jc99 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits are subject to verification. jc99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. Deposits found to originate from illegitimate or fraudulent sources will be reversed, and the relevant account will be suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your jc99 account, or otherwise verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. jc99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times for unverified or partially verified accounts may be extended pending completion of identity verification.
jc99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. You are responsible for any fees charged by your receiving bank or payment provider.
jc99 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending verification of the Player's identity, the source of funds, or compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus-funded balances. Withdrawal of funds generated through fraudulent activity, system errors, or collusive play will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
jc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon account closure for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, at jc99's reasonable discretion.
Players may close their jc99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance, less applicable bonus funds that have not met withdrawal conditions, will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jc99 holds its operating licence.
